CareLink Telemedicine Platform

CareLink is a telemedicine platform designed to provide seamless virtual consultations between healthcare professionals and patients. With a user-friendly interface, CareLink allows medical providers to manage patient queues, share waiting room links, and initiate video calls, all while ensuring an intuitive experience across web and mobile devices. The platform prioritizes accessibility, efficiency, and ease of use, making it an ideal solution for virtual healthcare services.

 

As a UX/UI Designer for CareLink, I was responsible for designing a seamless and intuitive interface for both web and mobile applications to enhance the telemedicine experience. Below are the key highlights of the project:

• User-Centered Design: Focused on creating an interface that caters to both healthcare professionals and patients, ensuring ease of use for individuals with varying levels of technical proficiency.

• Web Interface:

  • Designed a responsive dashboard for medical professionals to manage patient queues, initiate consultations, and access features such as the waiting room and settings.

  • Utilized a dark teal and light teal color palette to provide a professional yet welcoming and approachable tone.

  • Created intuitive navigation for quick access to essential tools like the Invite, Edit Waiting Room, and Settings options.

• Mobile Interface:

  • Streamlined the mobile experience to prioritize the live video consultation with easy-to-use audio and video controls.

  • Designed a simple, clutter-free interface with large, clear buttons for real-time interactions during consultations.

• Accessibility and Clarity:

  • Ensured the design was accessible and user-friendly, making it suitable for both healthcare providers and patients with various levels of tech literacy.

  • Prioritized readability and minimized distractions to help professionals focus on patient care during consultations.

• Seamless Cross-Device Experience:

  • Ensured consistent user experience across web and mobile platforms, making it easy for users to transition from one device to another without any loss in functionality or usability.
