UX/UI Redesign for Tech Showcase
ETA/Transact Show 2022
As a worldwide leading tradeshow association for the payment industry, the Electronic Transactions Association (ETA) has a reach of over 30 countries and 500 payment-related companies. ID TECH has been a member of ETA for years and, with its considerable influence on the payment industry.
Promotion to Associate Product Manager
The Cloud Device Management System underwent significant improvements through the implementation of a modern, responsive design and optimization of the overall user experience. Key responsibilities included creating a consistent UI, optimizing navigation, and designing a comprehensive onboarding process. A major focus was placed on enhancing the dashboard to display key metrics and information at a glance, with customizable widgets for a personalized user experience. Collaboration on product management tasks, such as market research and feature prioritization, was also undertaken. These efforts culminated in the successful preparation of the system for the ETA/Transact Show 2022 in Las Vegas, USA, showcasing its enhanced capabilities and user-friendly design.
Promotion to Associate Product Manager: Due to significant contributions and exceptional performance, a promotion to Associate Product Manager was awarded at the end of the year during the performance review.
